First let me say, that we thought, how could it be three months between posts? How could we ever let that happen? How could we possibly get that busy that we fail to boast and brag on our adorable daughter? And then we did...
My how life is just speeding by. I could swear she was just born yesterday. We are continually amazed at how much she changes each day. Last we spoke, she was just barely crawling and hinting at pulling herself up. She has now become the maestro crawler and loves to pull herself up to standing. Just this morning, she took a few steps along the coffee table - not quite cruising, but you get the idea.
Hannah has so many new skills at interests. Her current favorite activity is to point with her left hand, yes, left and say "Wheh?" Usually she points up, to trees, ceiling fans, lamps, and telephone poles.
Hannah has a tooth! Ok, ok, it is really just the tip of a tooth, but it has broken the skin. There is the hint of another one to immediately follow. Along with the excitement of the new teeth is, of course, the accompanying teething pain, from which Hannah is not exempt. We have been awakened more than once in the middle of the night to cries of pain...nothing that Tylenol and teething tablets cannot alleviate but, it is still hard to watch her experience pain.
Where are the pictures? I've gotta find them. I have a few from the recent trips. Hannah, Stephanie, and Cindy traveled to Delaware in August to visit the Craven family. Muriel, Stephanie's grandmother, has 5 great grandchildren, who all congregated at Muriel's house for a fun Saturday of frolicking and swimming. Stephanie & Hannah also visited the Richardson's who took Hannah on her first trip to the Brandywine Zoo.
Jay, Stephanie, and Hannah then had a quick trip to Austin to visit Jay's family in October. Hannah was the star of the show of course, and she is such a good traveler. She manages to usually sleep on at least on of the flights in each direction and makes friends when she is awake.
